Great experience, our flight arrived 20 minutes early and the driver was only 2 minutes away. The communication to us was great so we had no worries same on our return journey. We were notified in plenty of time that the driver would be about ten mins. late but that wasn't a problem as we had plenty of time in hand. Lovely clean taxi, and a nice courteous driver on both journeys.

I booked 9 different transfers all over Japan for a group of 6-7. We use the Toyota Hiace van which has plenty of room for all of us plus luggage. All of the drivers communicated with me through the app and WhatsApp. Worked extremely well.

We hired Dawa to pick us up in Lincoln and drive us to SFO and the return trip 11 days later. He confirmed a few days before departure and agreed to pick us up an hour earlier than planned. His SUV was very clean and had no smells. Dawa is a very good driver and handled traffic patiently.
