Acceptance of terms
By accessing Ganzay, creating an account, or placing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or booking services.
Bookings and confirmations
Bookings are subject to availability, supplier rules, payment approval, and any requirements listed on the experience page. Your booking is confirmed only when Ganzay or the relevant supplier issues a confirmation or voucher.
Prices and payments
Prices may vary by date, ticket type, currency, promotions, taxes, fees, and supplier changes. You are responsible for reviewing the total price before checkout.
Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Cancellation and change rules differ by experience. Please review the policy shown on the experience, checkout, confirmation, or voucher page.
Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler details, arriving on time, carrying valid identification, meeting age or health requirements, respecting local laws, and following the instructions of operators, guides, venues, or authorities.
