These terms govern your access to Ganzay and your use of our booking platform for tours, attractions, tickets, and travel experiences.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Ganzay, creating an account, or placing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or booking services.
2. Bookings and confirmations
Bookings are subject to availability, supplier rules, payment approval, and any requirements listed on the experience page. Your booking is confirmed only when Ganzay or the relevant supplier issues a confirmation or voucher.
3. Prices and payments
Prices may vary by date, ticket type, currency, promotions, taxes, fees, and supplier changes. You are responsible for reviewing the total price before checkout. Payment status must be completed according to the selected payment method and booking terms.
4. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Cancellation and change rules differ by experience. Please review the policy shown on the experience, checkout, confirmation, or voucher page. Refunds, where available, are processed according to the applicable supplier and payment-provider rules.
5. Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler details, arriving on time, carrying valid identification, meeting age or health requirements, respecting local laws, and following the instructions of operators, guides, venues, or authorities.
6. Supplier services
Ganzay connects customers with tours, attractions, activities, and operators. Some services are delivered by third-party suppliers. Supplier-specific rules, safety instructions, venue policies, and weather-related decisions may apply.
7. Account use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or submit false or harmful information.
8. Content and availability
We work to keep experience information accurate, but descriptions, schedules, inclusions, prices, availability, images, and policies may change. We may update, suspend, or remove content or services when needed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ganzay is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
